  • Customer Info : Enter mobile number to auto-fill saved customer details.
  • Wash Type : Super Admin can manage available wash types.
  • Iron Pieces : Enter count; subtotal shown based on category rate.
  • Delivery & Charges : Choose delivery type (Regular 48 hrs, Express 24 hrs, Ultra Express 8 hrs) for billing; apply pickup/delivery fees for orders under 350 and enter coupons for discounts; final amount shown.

  • Order Overview : View complete order details, including service type, current status, and payment method information.
  • Detailed Order View : Access comprehensive information for individual orders, featuring customer details, itemized charges, and delivery status updates.
  • Reassign Orders : Transfer orders to other branches to streamline workflow and enhance efficiency.
  • Update Order Status : Change status (Accept, In Progress, Reject) and notify clients through WhatsApp about the changes.
  • Edit Order Info : Adjust charges, update payment statuses, and select the payment method for orders marked as Successful.

  • Customer Information : Enter the mobile number to automatically populate the customer's name, email address, delivery address, and pincode for either delivery or pickup.
  • Delivery Options : Select the desired delivery method—Regular (48 hours), Express (24 hours), or Ultra Express (8 hours)—with applicable charges determined by the selected option.
  • Charges & Discounts : Implement pickup or delivery fees for orders below 350, apply discount coupons, and view the final invoice reflecting all applicable charges and discounts.
