With nearly three decades of experience, Arun Srinivas has built a distinguished career across a diverse range of industries including FMCG, retail, mobility, and investment. His professional journey includes senior leadership roles at globally respected organizations such as Hindustan Unilever, Reebok, OLA, and WestBridge Capital.

A postgraduate from IIM Kolkata, Arun brings strategic acumen, operational excellence, and people-centric leadership to every role he undertakes. These qualities have defined his success and positioned him as a trusted leader capable of steering complex and high-growth environments.

Since joining Meta in 2020, Arun has served as the Director and Head of Ads Business in India, where he led the company’s engagement with India’s top advertisers and marketing partners. Under his guidance, Meta’s platforms became key growth enablers for businesses across industries, particularly through his focus on driving adoption of AI-driven advertising, Reels monetization, and business messaging via WhatsApp.
